"The last time I ate food at a Boise Fry Company restaurant, I was overwhelmingly disappointed. The food was terrible, so I stayed away for about 6 years. Then I find out that they put one in a bit closer to me on Chinden and I thought I would give it a try again. I ordered a Plain Burger (Build Your Own) and small Russet fries. The burger tasted exactly like it had been made on my own stove, nothing special, even with the overcooked bacon. The fries (this is a FRY restaurant) were awful. The grease was old and tasted like it. The fries were fried to a "styrofoam crisp" (meaning there was no longer any potatoes in the middle of the fries). They were this unnatural burned brown color, very unappetizing to say the least. McD's would have been considered "upscale and juicy and delicious" compared these guys. Save yourself some frustration and taste buds and find a place worthy of your hard earned money. Will never go back again, 2 time fail."
