"The first time I ordered the a pound of shack baby back for $27.00 the meat was so tender it was juicy falling out the bone by touch. Plenty of sauce. I ordered the same pound of shack baby backs today and the meat was stale hard like it was left over food the meat was dried up horrible. I paid $27.00 plus other fees a total of $33 +. I guess the person who prepared my food did not realized I had just ordered this meal on 5/12/26. So I knew this stale hard meat was not fresh. I would tell people be careful what you order and not the difference between stale hard and refresh tender meat."

"For the most part the food was very good, packaging was great, arrived hot.
Southern Style Sweet Tea (1/2 Gal) , this was the one item ordered that was NOT in any way SWEET TEA, I hope they sent the wrong thing as this was in no way SWEET TEA. It was a peachy color and tasted like a sweet watered down fruit juice.
Cornbread Muffins, NOT to my liking but hubby like them. Too me more sweet bread than CORN muffin.
