"I always use Asian House when I crave Asian food. Their lunch specials for $10.90 are good for 2,meals. I get the special of Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice; Wonton Soup; huge container of brewed Chinese Iced Tea (tastes like Jasmine); and just add Vegetable Egg Rolls for a small fee. Everything is delicious and hot when arrived. The store is spotlessly clean and the staff friendly when I decide not to use Door Dash and go to the store. I have never had a bad meal or complaint just praise about the food and service. My meal arrived from Door Dash in less than 30 minutes!! Amazing in itself where you can wait longer for a delivery. The Hot & Sour Soup has just the right amount of "hotness" and the Egg Drop Soup is rich and creamy. You never see a health code violation for them like other Asian restaurants in my area. They are top-notch!! :-)"

The tin foil potato slice and mushroom dishes are excellent, and the egg + bean sprout dish is a lovely snack / small meal for any time of day.
The chongqing spicy deep fried chicken delivers with its spice game (not for the faint)... I'd only prefer if the dish had a little more nuance. Personally, I re-fire it in coconut oil at home and it's perfect.
I could see Little Corner Grill House occasionally being a miss for people who are only after Americanized Chinese food, but they have that too and it's sort of on you to know what you're looking at. For people who want more or less authentic variety at late hours, in Pittsburgh this is a lark."

"We are from Georgia and moved to Pittsburgh about a year ago and have been in search of good *American* style Chinese food since. Pittsburgh definitely has a lot of great options for authentic Chinese cuisine, but this place is the only one that does Americanized Chinese food the right way! (They also have authentic Sichuan as well, so there's really something for everyone.)
Everything was SO good and the portions were HUGE. The SP6. Black Pepper Chicken was absolutely delightful. It's my favorite dish and a lot of places make it spicy for some reason, but How Lee did it perfectly! Also the A5. Crab Rangoon (8 pieces) was literally perfect. This has prob been the hardest dish to find here. Idk why so many places here do cream cheese only crab Rangoon, but How Lee had the perfect sweet cream cheese mixture.
My husband got the Tiger Skin Peppers and he said they were impeccable. They were huge and it came with so many! Our kid got C1. Sweet and Sour Chicken and it was exactly what you expect when you order S&S chicken.
After trying 10+ different Chinese restaurants, How Lee is now our go to spot when we get a hankering for Chinese!"

"I had always heard great things about Jimmy Wangs, but was disappointed with the delivery/takeout. Perhaps it's better if you eat at the restaurant where it is served fresh and hot. We ordered the tangerine-orange filet mignon (Orange Beef) and that was very disappointing for $40. The steak was tender and not over cooked at all, but lacked flavor as well as the crispy semi-breading that makes orange beef so delightful. The chicken with broccoli was also flat tasting. The crab Rangoon was good, but no better than a corner Chinese takeout. The scallion pancake was cool and chewy by the time it arrived.
Again, due to the delivery time, the food may have not been at its best, and I would still be open to trying Jimmy Wangs in person and not delivery."

They were all different sizes with some being twice the size of others. The dough was very thick.
Their appearance was very sloppy. An Asian restaurant should know how to make dumplings.
Seaweed Salad had too many chile flakes for my taste and needed more acid but it was edible.
