I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.

"The past two times I've ordered from PennStation have been awesome! I get the regular chicken teriyaki with onions, mushrooms and banana peppers. Have not had one bad piece of chicken, like I did in the past. It is very white meat and delicious. My only con is that the cooks need to pay attention to the customized orders and not how the sandwich usually comes on the menu. Cheeses can be substituted, ingredients can be added or omitted. Pay attention to this so that it truly is made to order. The food ALWAYS arrives hot and is wrapped and packaged very well. I've noticed much improvement than in years past, especially the quality of the meats. "My husband and I got two Cheesesteaks and we both were disappointed in the taste of the sandwiches, and even more so for the cost of the items. Picture included in mine, and you can see it was majority onion (top of pic) compared to the meat & rest of sandwich. We both commented days later how excited we were for our sandwiches but how disappointed we were for the taste of these. The consistency of PS could use some improvements.
