I was worried that it might arrive too melted since I ordered delivery but I paid the extra $2.99 to ensure that my order came directly to me without any other pickups or dropoffs and it was perfect consistency. So why only 3 stars? The first time I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch® (in store) they put such a small piece of banana and so little caramel or almonds that it just tasted like French vanilla. But since the recipe sounded so good i tried it again this time and paid for extra everything. I had the 'Gotta Have It' size to split with my husband and while he was eating his half first we noticed that every bit of toppings was on the top and sides leaving a center (equivalent to at least 1/2 the cup) that was solid plain vanilla. They didn't chop it up and mix it through which is the whole concept of the place. They didnt even start making it until my delivery driver arrived to pick it up so maybe they rushed it but that's no excuse. I'm very disappointed because its a rare occasion for me and I didn't get what I wanted. I used to get Cold Stone with my family at 2 other locations prior to moving here and this has never happened before. So I suggest skipping the delivery and order "in person" so they make it in front you and you can make adjustments on your ice cream if it isn't looking they way you want. So now I know why it survived the delivery without melting at all...because it had a solid center :(. This review is for the Tracy location only. "

"One of the top fried chicken I've had! I bought a honey biscuit and got a blueberry one in my box as well. They were both delicious but that blueberry one left me speechless!
I also got the Mac n cheese and the mashed potatoes and gravy. Neither had much flavor at all. Tastes the same as KFC and/or Popeyes.

"Extremely Disappointing — Not Worth Your Money
One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has good reviews. The food was completely disappointing — no taste, no flavor, no quality, and absolutely not worth the money.
We ordered multiple items, and not even one item was good. Everything was bland and lacked any proper seasoning or flavor. The biggest disappointment was the chicken fried rice. When we opened the container, there were literally just 5 pieces of fried chicken in the entire order. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable.
The portions were disappointing, the taste was terrible, and the overall quality was nowhere close to what you would expect from a restaurant. It felt like we paid for food that was simply thrown together without any care.
If you are spending your hard-earned money on food, you expect it to at least taste good and be worth what you paid. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on both counts.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from here. There are plenty of other restaurants where you can get much better food, better portions, and much better value for your money.
Definitely not coming back here. Extremely disappointing experience."
