"The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store.
I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce.
Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce.
This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."

"Second time I order wingstop, my DoorDash driver couldn't find my location which I know is a common thing. But something that they lack of was communication. I was very disappointed and had to cancel/refund it. Then, ordered it again but this time it was a different person and they did a excellent job of calling me and asking questions. "The cheese longburger was great, could taste the beef and toasted bread, pickle abd and veggies, all of which was very fresh and the buttery toasted bun was really good. I thought it might not be enough but it was very filling! They removed sauce on it, as I'm not able to eat anything mayo based, and were mindful to include it on the side in case someone wanted it that way. I haven't had a good pineapple malt in years and this one was perfect! Chunks of pineapple and just enough malt flavor to accent it, very thick and creamy. I enjoyed this meal a lot!"
