I called ahead because I have an allergy to one of the ingredients, and they were happy to accommodate my request. Unfortunately, the DoorDash driver incorrectly reported that they couldn’t, and my order was canceled.
Instead of leaving it at that, one of the owners personally drove my order to me to make sure I still received exactly what I had ordered. That’s customer service you just don’t see anymore.

"The $5 side of the pasta was very small. However, it was delicious so that helped make up for it. The sandwiches were pretty good. The bread gets soggy quickly so keep that in mind if you're saving some of your sandwich in the fridge. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with it."
"I've been coming to the Pickled Deli since it first opened, and it goes downhill with every new owner. Prices are very expensive now. Price raises are fine and normal, but it is excessive now for the portion and quality. My sandwich had several missing toppings, including the cream cheese it was supposed to come with as standard, and was very skimpy in all toppings including the salami. The lettuce isn't fresh anymore, and they put like 5 sprigs of sprouts. These sandwiches used to be loaded; I used to struggle to open my jaw wide enough to take a bite, but now I'm left still hungry."
