Which I thought was weird. Instead Jack cheese. The green pepper is actually brown. The lettuce is pale. It's not hard to make a good blue cheese and bacon salad. If you use actual blue cheese and fresh produce. I've been looking for a good salad around this town forever. Whoever figures out how to do it first will make a killing. So far the best salad is Wendy's. Don't go here for salad. Go to Wendy's."
