They said "weird, it's not done yet. Let me check." Another 15 minutes goes by...still nothing. Etc etc. It was 45 minutes after our first pickup time before it was ready. Staff was apologetic, which I do respect and we were given a free soda as an apology. They were understaffed and unorganized. The food was yummy and we had no complaints there. Fries and chicken yummy. Grilled cheese burrito crisp and hot and gooey with cheese. Plenty of food for our family of four."

The pesto was fresh, but I have had turkey pesto sandwiches from other sandwich places that tasted way better than this one. Also they add a pickle spear in with your sandwich. By the time you get your order, the pickle spear has made the bread soggy and all you can taste is pickle juice for first five bites of your sandwich. They need to figure out how to package the pickle so it doesn't make the bread soggy. The portions were awesome, so you will get full. I probably won't order from here again, online, just because it was mediocre and for 25 dollars who wants a mediocre sandwich? I may go in person and give it a try, but won't order online again."

The toppings were fresh and good quality. The cannoli was super tiny and very average tasting. I wouldn't waste your money on a cannoli. DoorDash gave me my money back for the missing ham. I would order again from Lucy's just to try some other menu items. Overall experience was a 7 out of a 10 because of how good the pizza was. Definitely better than any chain pizza."
