"Wapo Taco was a pleasant surprise just trying something new. I normally shy away from Mexican food as it is typically so heavy. Wapo Taco was fresh and lite. I would say more of a California style versus typical Texas-Mex.
The carnitas mini tacos were phenomenal. They were seasoned well slightly moist. Their homemade salsa brought them fully to life.
The birria mini tacos were good, but the roast beef was a little dry for my liking. The consomme' adds the moisture back to the beef, but I wish the birria was a bit thicker.
Wapo Taco is a definite addition to my dining rotation. I highly recommend it for yours as well."

The potatoes and egg was ok but needed to add salt because it was very bland. The potatoes and potatoes and chorizo breakfast taco was overpowered by the taste of chorizo other places make it an even portion of both. I gave it a try because it was the closest place but I don't know if I will try again. The 1 Crispy Taco was good also no photo because I ate it before I wrote this review"
