Often these are either soggy or over toasted, but on this Benedict, they were just seared on the edges making it easy to cut and eat but still able to retain its structure. My request to skip the bacon, was honored as well. Additionally, I like the thicker cut hash browns as they keep the toasted char and potato flavor well and the small side of fruit was a great touch as well. "Putting "loved" because my review will most likel be seen by more people if I do. On a serious side I would rate this place a 2/5. My food arrived cold which I don't think is the restaurant's fault. That's more on doordashes timing. But the quality of the food was very disappointing either way . To start I ordered the ceviche. I thought it was the best part of my meal! I think if they added a little bit of fresh Avacado to this obviously premade mix, it could go a very long way. Next I ordered one asada taco. This by far was the worst thing I have ever ordered on DoorDash lol. The meat taste like dog food :( it's that cheap mealy beef, not true asada. Suprisingly my adobada tacos were pretty good but the meat also had an old type of texture. Like it's been being reheated. I liked their salsa. The rice tasted authentic but the beans taste canned and are under seasoned. I think if they just invest more time into their food they could have potential! But as of right now, esp with the price on DoorDash, I would say find else where. "
