One of the most important factors for me is the grease level and if the food arrives soggy, often the result of the containers and the grease. "This is like a hidden gem the tacos were amazing the Table Salsa ( 8oz Container)is perfect with a little kick and my wife loves the Surf and Turf ( Shrimp & Steak) she told me it was enough for a complete second meal.
