"Absolutely LOVE Cibo! We get the same order every time: pasta pollo , Pollo Fritto, Caesar Salad, and Panna Cotta. I dont know how a Caesar salad can be so good! And the Pollo Fritto is the tastiest and most upscale chicken strip youre ever going to taste. The dipping sauce is a creamy curry tasting dip, and its so good. I make my own dish, by mixing a bit of the dip into the Caesar Salad , and add the fritto chicken. Its downright craveable! Just wish my Pollo Fritto ended up in my To Go bag this last time I was pretty bummed to get all the way home to Vancouver and it wasnt there & it was too late to go back. Another time I was short my Panna Cotta , so check your order before you leave!"

I'm not sure this is where I should mention this, but if you're craving a steak, I wouldn't order it from Applebee's at least not in later hours. Every time I have tried, I have received blue (raw) steak. And this last time, it was on top of everything and packaged so poorly that all of the blood was dumped on top of the entire order. Unfortunately I didn't say anything at the time, so I basically had to eat the very large price of a steak I treated myself to which I only get to do once in a blue moon. So, stick to things like the wonton tacos, the Oriental chicken salad also is exceptional."

I feel bad leaving this review, but it was the most underwhelming meal I've eaten in Portland.
