The lettuce lacked green fresh color, and there was only one sliced beet, no tomato. The Chaufa was tasty, but the carne was tough! The Jalea was okay, but lacked flavor. The Papa a la Huancaina was overly creamy and not the best flavor, unlike what I'm used to from other places. The INKA 2 LITROS was room temperature, like, why?
