"I genuinely cannot remember the last time I felt this ripped off by a restaurant. The prices are absolutely outrageous for the quality and quantity of food they serve.
Let’s start with the $18 ranch bacon fries. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS for what amounted to ordinary French fries, approximately ONE piece of bacon crumbled over them, and the smallest container of ranch imaginable. At that price, I expected something considerably more impressive than fries with a bacon garnish.
Then there’s my $21 avocado BLT, which was supposed to come on sourdough bread. I paid an additional $6 to add fried chicken, bringing the sandwich alone to $27. What did that extra $6 get me? What appeared to be one pathetically small chicken tender, cut in half and divided between the two halves of the sandwich. The entire BLT also appeared to contain ONE piece of bacon. For TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS.
My husband’s naked wings were no better. They were excessively fatty, completely bland, and thoroughly disappointing.
I understand that restaurant prices have increased, and I have no issue paying premium prices for premium food. But charging premium prices while delivering bare-minimum portions and mediocre quality is insulting.
This wasn’t simply a meal that didn’t live up to expectations. It was a meal where nearly every item left us wondering how the restaurant could possibly justify what it charged.
If you’re going to charge $18 for fries and $27 for a sandwich, the absolute least you can do is make the food worth eating.
Save your money. There is a difference between expensive food and food that’s worth the expense. This restaurant seems to have mastered the former while completely neglecting the latter."

We ordered multiple California Rolls and multiple Shrimp Tempura Rolls, as we had a bunch of people at our home for dinner. Instead of packaging them as individual servings, they crammed the orders into a single order container. The sushi was smushed, some upside down and was falling apart due to how they packaged it. I called the store to share this feedback and see how they could rectify and their only response was "next time we'll package it better." It was comparable to what you would get at your local grocery store except we spent over $100. So disappointing. There are too many good sushi spots around to give this restaurant a 2nd try. "
