"I have just moved here from Cal and am in searchof a great brea of place here in Friendswood area for 7 months. I found it this morning at Pelican Breakfast and Lunch. I judge a good breakfast chef by how well they handle the hash browns. Mine were perfect, crispy and seasoned just right. They did my over medium eggs perfect and the sausage was tasty.
