I don't know if there was a mix up in my order, but I cannot imagine the small portion of lake Perch containing any less than four pieces of lake Perch fillet. At other local establishments, a small perch dinner can have up to six fillets, while the large dinner has 10. The three fillets that had a normal perch fillet had excellent flavor, but the 4th fillet tasted like eating overcooked breading.
