The ramen is good. The "Chicken Rice" bowl isn't just chicken and rice as I had hoped. It's more teriyaki style, with what appears to be a pea/carrot/corn mix from a freezer bag. I could do without all the sauce on it.
The wontons are a strange flavor. I appreciate they're more on the savory side, but the flavor profile is different. It's more peanuty than crab or chive.

I've been wanting to and decided to finally try the Casian Crawfish Dumplings and they did not disappoint! Very generously filled dumplings both with the pork with fills most of the dumpling but nice full crawfish tails all across the top. It was more crawfish than I expected to get and worked well with the pork. Delicious savory flavor with a little spice in the red Casian sauce and the generous crawfish gave a nice seafood flavor. I always enjoy the Xiao Long Soup Bun's and order them every time. My wife got a repeat too with the Golden Chili Dumpling Soup and enjoys that every time. And the last thing, I can admit I've never paid $23 for Jumbo Crab Ragoons anywhere but these are by far the best crab ragoons I've ever had. Literally the nicest slightly sweet cream cheese and real crab meat filling is better than any other!
