The other 3/4 of the plate was white rice. Stay away from the teriyaki grilled chicken."

I did request onions, but there were only a few on the sandwich. It might be helpful to offer onions on the side or provide a more generous portion for guests who request them.
The biggest challenge for me was the BBQ sauce. I found it to be quite thin (watery), and the mustard flavor was very overpowering. I understand mustard is a common ingredient in BBQ sauce, but in this case it was the dominant flavor, making it difficult to taste the other ingredients and the brisket itself.
I appreciate that BBQ sauces are a matter of personal preference, but for my taste, the sauce took away from what could have been a really enjoyable sandwich. I wanted to like it much more than I did."
