"The food was burnt, they gave us one chicken tender (how u get full off that) its warm but being warm and edible are 2 different aspects, the chicken tender (singular) was very dry, burgers and burger bun was burnt idk how u manage to burn the bun (beats me) tried calling about the issue and got hung up a few times, either there phones don't work or they just don't care for proper customer service, I've had better from father big boys this is very big disappointment and I was gonna have a family gather I would think other wise with how poor the food quality is, is we were at the restaurant it would've gotten sent back and remade! This was fine the first 4 times I ordered it like that no issue- then I received a call from the manager or owner complaint that I needed to pay for the cheese on the hashbrowns which there is no option to do or add in the regular list. I am totally fine paying for it I don't expect it to be free but I just felt he was very abrasive and rude over the phone, it honestly felt like I was being scolded and I didn't appreciate that. I will continue to order from here because the food is just too good and I worked out something on the page to add a cheese slice to my order and just tell them in special instructions it's for my hashbrowns which is a little extra work but I get what I want and I'm paying for the extra slice of cheese so all in all the foods great the manager/owner is a bit mean but that won't stop me from ordering some yummy food!"
