"FOOD was great- chicken 3 whole Wings with Fries ; wings have a very pleasant crispiness to them! Not a lot of meat on them. They are skinny, check the pictures! Bourbon sauce was great. Fries were gross. Zero seasoning. I added salt and pepper. Honestly inedible. I dipped them in the bourbon sauce to finish them. Rice and beans were great! Barbecue baked chicken was fantastic. Incredibly well cooked! You could not handle this chicken without it falling apart! The sauce is mild, it's not hot or VERY flavorful. But, this is the safe approach and i wont judge them for it. Sweet Plantains as a side are expensive. $5 for six pieces(pictured). However, they were sweet/ripe and well cooked!
SERVICE was extremely slow and lacked any attention to detail- I was called by the driver to inquire on what sides i wanted. The DD app doesnt allow you to choose the entree without choosing both sides! The driver also pointed out they didn't start my order til she arrived to the restaurant and inquired on it. Driver also mentioned a 30+ minute wait is a regular experience here. For context: my order was scheduled by 8am and acknowledged by the restaurant by 3pm. My driver had not arrived til nearly 4pm. I see little excuse here. I want to give them a 3 star review. But, food is the priority here and they did that well. "

Not sweet and had the egg,onions, etc. sweet potatoes seemed regular, possibly canned, flavor was okay. The Sweet potato cornbread was good. Definitely ordering again for the oxtails. "Very fresh chicken tenders, perfectly fried. The tenders are generously sized. We each only ate two of the four in our meals. With the fries, coleslaw and Texas toast, meal was very filling. Crinkle cut fries were well salted and crispy. Slaw was ok - not as tangy as I prefer, but fresh.
Funnel cake was good. It sat while we ate, but held up ok in box.
