I order from Taco Bell several x's/wk every time I doordash this location or go through theie drive thru food/service has been exceptionally bad recently. tonight order I had Bean Burrito I had requested 2 have extra cheese & onions which I had to pay extra 4 so imagine how unhappy I was when I opened it up 2 put sauce on it and
there were lots & lots of onions however there is hardly any cheese on it. like I'm talking there was a fraction of the amount of cheese you would normally receive on them. yeah it was hurt some but I could add more cheese at home it wouldn't been such a big deal but unfortunately that wasnt only problem.the burrito also hardly had any red sauce. the beans were hard, dry and had obviously not been rehydrated and cooked properly yet. last but not least when I tried to open up the tortilla to put the sauce in it was so hard & dry at completely fell apart $5"

The woman at the window who was also the person who prepared our food was very rude. When she brought the bag out, it was practically thrown at us.
