And finally the chipotle pesto spread. This is where the sandwich moves from very good deli item into something you remember later while staring absently out of a window. You also even made sure that each individually packaged Box, had been secured safely, by first, placing a beautiful, golden, Cake Board, underneath each item, before assembling the Pastries into each of their own boxes, and sealing them, with tape, to take the extra steps, ensuring the Cakes, and Tartes did not slide, fall over, or smash into the sides of the boxes, while being delivered.
