"I went early only to find that if I had just entered the line I would have had my order almost right away. The people working the line were getting through order in no time but finally at about 5:05 I was told by an employee that as my order was not due to be completed until 5:20 it would not be done until then. The white rice was completely out and they told me there would be no more so I my brown rice . The chicken was not hot it was lukewarm. This was very disappointing. The amount of chicken was shocking as it was very very little compared to other Chipotle's. This used to be my go to Chipotle but it has just gone downhill. The salsa was excellent and the lettuce was fresh and the beans were perfect!"

The sauce was good, and it was my first time trying that type of sauce. The rice was below average, but still acceptable.
The portion for the Mole Mexicano / Mexican Mole was generous. One area for improvement would be placing some of the sauce in a separate container, because during delivery the sauce mixed with the beans, as shown in the attached pictures. I am not sure whether that was intentional.
Freshness : The food seemed fresh overall, except for the issue I mentioned with the chicken.
The price was great for the portion and overall value.
I would order again, but I would try a different dish next time.

However I got the Carnitas Plate and the meat was so dry no matter how much salsa I put, it wasn't enough, to the point it was even hard to swallow. Unfortunately the same for the Taco de Pollo, the meat was fried until all the flavors and juices were nonexistent and then sprinkled with a conservative amount of onions and maybe a leaf or two of cilantro. The rice was just bad.. almost as if it was heated in a dirty microwave after a long day. I'll save the tortillas but that's all that was edible. After all that this was a waste of $35, which sucks because I used to be a huge fan. I guess I'll just snack on tortillas."
