Since then, I have ordered the same menu several times (probably close to 20? including in-person orders) and I've noticed the chicken chunk size is getting smaller every time I order. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt that either the cook changed or some issue with food prep that day, but it's been months. I understand that the ingredients prices are going up. "I really wanted pretzels and beer cheese from Loafers, but they were closer. I Like the pretzels from applebees but the beer cheese i used to love but it is just not great in comparison to loafers, so i have been trying other places that have pretzels ans cheese. Gave this place a try and i was really disappointed. The pretzels i received had no salt even though i did not request this. They looked pretty dry. I added mt own butter and pretzel salt. The texture was good not too dry after this but even with the salt they were bland. The cheese and i added a ridiculous amount extra because i was confused when ordering and thought i needed to add it to the order. I did not, but the size that came in the container was not alot, so i if it had been good one extra container would have been a good idea. However the cheese was terrible. No offense to who made it, i think it is just rhe recipe. It is very very bland a bit like nacho cheese, with the flavor but more bland than if i had just heated up some out of a can."
