When I visited Uncle Sun for the first time around last October, I really liked the big chunk of the chicken with General Tso sauce, and bokchoi side!! Since then, I have ordered the same menu several times (probably close to 20? including in-person orders) and I've noticed the chicken chunk size is getting smaller every time I order. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt that either the cook changed or some issue with food prep that day, but it's been months. I understand that the ingredients prices are going up. Seems the same amount of the bowl portion, but there are more fried batter than the meat. I strongly hope the restaurant changes back to how they did before."

"I go to OSU e-campus and came into town for a live class. I missed boba on the drive here, and decided to get one with dinner. I got mango with lychee poppers and cheese foam, SO GOOD! "Ok, this might be the best Mexican joint in Corvallis. I've gotten Taquitos Dorados from multiple places in Corvallis/Albany and these are the best. Chicken wasn't dry, tortillas perfectly crispy and light. Good homemade guacamole and salsa Verde. Mexican rice can sometimes be an after thought but this stuff hits. Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well. You gotta check this place out!!"
