The pork was flavorful and moist, the chicken juicy and well seasoned, and the ribs were perfectly toothsome, with a beautiful smoke ring. The sauce was a crowd pleaser. My husband prefers a sauce with spice and vinegar, but this sweet sauce was tasty.
The Sliders were great, about twice the size I expected. We had brisket and pork. The cornbread was sweet and moist, but a little too soft, almost like it was underbaked. The baked beans were excellent.
We ordered three desserts. The Aunt Cheryl's Peach Cobbler was not to our liking, as it didn't have much flavor. The Homemade Bread Pudding tasted great, but was very soggy and wet. The Butter Toffee Cake was fantastic, and we will get it again next time.
