"I have been ordering this dish since before 2017 when they had a store in Culver City. I followed them after they closed after Covid to keep ordering from the Torrance location. Ive ordered from DoorDash with no problems in the past, though the pork belly gets thinner each time. Today was the thinnest Ive ever seen, with as you can see has almost zero fat. I was told they are under new management and give only a "half piece of Kikuni" so the fact that I paid almost $5 for the 2 extra slightly thin pieces of extra dry meat is sad. If you used to eat here you know what I mean and it's no longer worth the price or effort. It makes me sad because it was one of the best ramen places back in the day. But things change, and for the sake of nostalgia I'll blame it on the rising costs of food and the economy. But my spending money is valuable these days too. If they somehow make this a better experience I'll update the review. If not, keep on the lookout for a better ramen experience."

The Tsukemen had a heavier and much creamier broth, plus the noodles and meat portions were generous. I didnt care for adding the lime, but thats just me. Sushi you could tell had great quality ingredients, but may have been prepared by someone with less experience as the wrap was loose. Grilled Gyoza 6 pcs was different, pork was ground more fine and it had an earthy flavor to it. It would be good on a cold day, but seems heavier than typical gyoza. "I really did not like the flavor of anything I ordered. I've had better sushi at a gas station. The rice for the sushi was a little hard like it had been premade and put in the fridge all day. I love a good sauce/dressing and all of them were not good. Gyoza sauce was basically just straight vinegar, the salad dressing was way too sweet and nowhere near a normal ginger salad dressing, and while the sauce on the chicken was a good spice level, it just tasted overcooked.
Gyoza was good and egg rolls were fine, but nothing special. Overall, I would not order from here again."

"The salad was a container of greens in a box with a few slices of radish and literally 2 small slivers of bell pepper. There wasn't nearly enough dressing for it (1/2 small container) and the charge for it $10 was far too much.

The only sauces were 3 tiny soy packets, 2 packets of wasabi like it's ketchup and ginger also in a little packet that was just gross.
Store was nice to call and tell me they didn't have real crab that I had subbed for fake crab, but rainbow roll with the spicy tuna inside just felt kinda squishy, no crunchy texture not something I'd order again. I appreciate the effort .
The smelly fish will be hard to forget. For the price, you need to serve fresh ginger and wasabi. Send enough dressing for a salad and offering a sauce would be nice. "
