However, last time I ordered I ordered a Morsi - Cookie Dough (Gluten Friendly). Always a delicious option, and something I often order for whoever I work with as well. But it was substituted with a Morsi - Peanut Butter (Whole Wheat). Which is also absolutely delicious. However, I'm lucky I was only ordering one for myself that day, because I wasn't aware that the peanut butter one was whole wheat. Which could've been a huge problem for my coworker who is severely allergic to gluten. Not an intolerance... allergic. So my only complaint is that if you are to substitute something that is gluten free with something that isn't, please be more diligent to mention that the substitute is not gluten free, because I wasn't aware that the peanut butter morsi existed, let alone that it was not gluten free. Otherwise, no complaints. Phenomenal coffee!"

"Ok. I'm not an icing girly, but I do think this place absolutely knows how to do it; the consistency & sweetness of buttercream without the heavy oiliness of store-bought. And usually the cake part of chocolate cakes/cupcakes is pretty bland or bitter but their chocolate cake itself is good. The coffee is good, but they only offer a small size. And I was pleased by the pretty pink bakery box. However... The vanilla cupcake was kind of sad altogether and was strangely cold, as though thawed from frozen? The cupcakes in general were all quite small and the cake was dwarfed by icing it couldn't hold up. The taste (and tiny size) isn't exceptional enough to warrant $4/each; the store-bought, whipped icing 6pk for $5.99 at a local supermarket is a better deal. And the chocolate chip cookies are mid - I personally think McDonald's (which are probably Otis Spunkmeyer) are better. "I have been hooked on boba tea since I first tasted it while living in South Carolina( I know, of all places...). When we moved back to Ohio, I couldn't find it anywhere and was jonesing for boba tea for years. Now, I can get it at several different places!
My personal favorite is Pearl Tea. I really like Pearl Tea's boba tea, it's a perfect blend of ingredients.
I especially appreciate the options Pearl gives the customer: I can ask for less ice, and make my tea less sweet. That was my only criticism of boba tea in general, it could be too sweet.
Having the option of less sweet allows me to enjoy my treat AND have a bit less guilt! Plus, I think boba tea is better less sweet.

I have one suggestion: make your straws optional. I almost always have an extra straw or (ten) lying around my kitchen and it seems not only wasteful that I get more straws with every order, but it's also not good for the environment .
