"I had the Deep Fried Calamari and Spider Roll which were delicious! Very fresh and although not the biggest portions, still quite satisfying especially for the price. Both had a delicious crunchy breading that never got soggy, the side sauce for the calamari was a nice sweet chili. Will definitely order here again!"
"Uni Sushi and Raman is always delicious. I just love their Poke bowls but wish there was more options to add extras. It can sometimes be more rice/greens than anything and that's disappointing. Pricing and customer service is great. And even though I didn't order anything this time, their sushi rolls are some of the best in Lansing. "

"Hakata Modern Ramen was just ok to me. Not very much flavor, and was very basic. The portion overall was good, but there was only 4 bite size pieces of the chashu. I got deliverly and the noodles and fixings were in a Styrofoam box so had transfer to my own bowl.
Gyoza (5pc) was good, nothing outstanding. Not sure ill be getting it again."

Spring Rolls (3) made right and the sauce was perfect for it. Chicken Shoyu Ramen had very savory broth. The quality of the meat in this order was top notch. We are definitely ordering again and trying more menu items!"

Taste of Thai

"The Pad Thai was enjoyable, and I appreciated that the restaurant followed my instructions by making it mildly spicy and omitting egg. The spice level was exactly as requested. However, I did notice some yellow pieces in the dish that appeared similar to egg, so I was unsure whether they were part of another ingredient or related to the preparation process. Aside from that, the dish had good flavor and was satisfying.
The Sticky Rice & Mango was excellent and served as the highlight of the meal. The mango was sweet, the sticky rice was well prepared, and adding the coconut milk elevated the dessert even further. Much like a well-balanced recipe where every ingredient complements the next, the combination of mango, sticky rice, and coconut milk created a rich and memorable dessert experience.
One area where the menu could improve is by offering a wider variety of vegan, vegetarian, and seafood dishes. Expanding these options would provide more choices for customers with different dietary preferences.
Overall, the meal was enjoyable, the instructions were followed for the most part, and the food was well worth the price. I was pleased with the quality, flavor, and value and would happily order again."
"I love Taste of Thai so much, in my 4 and a half years at MSU, Taste of Thai was the number one spot I went with people visiting from out of town, friends, family, etc. Most consistent place in all of East Lansing and consistently amazing at that!!! I will miss this place the most out of anything in East Lansing and would 1,000% go out of my way to come back some day. If you're debating coming here and you're in the mood for Thai food, do yourself a favor and try this place ASAP!!!!"

"C8 was just what I needed. My stomach has been bothering me all morning, so I ordered the Congee (chicken and mushroom). I felt immediately after a few bites. Wonderful comfort food and easy pick up. This is my favorite place to order from when I'm in town. You really can't go wrong. The black garlic tonkatsu ramen was also lovely!"
"The food tasted good, but the portion size was a joke! 17 dollars for a half cup of rice, a scrambled egg, and a few pieces of thinly cut beef? And then our sides, 5 dollars for two tiny eggrolls the size of my pinky finger?! The picture on door dash shows 4 large egg rolls in the picture... And 7 dollars for 4 crab wontons with little to no crab meat?! It feels weird giving a mediocre review to food that I actually enjoyed, but the portions are a rip off. I spent almost $60 and barely got two portions of food. "

"Everything was thoughtfully packaged to keep my food in the best shape possible (soups and noodles and vegetables separated) and everything we ordered knocked it out of the park. The shrimp spring rolls were loaded with shrimp and the portion sizes were all very generous. Try the banh xeo (a little soft by the time I got home but after a minute or two in the air fryer was perfectly crisp) and Mi Xao with shrimp, the pho was also excellent with a nice clear broth that needed very little additional seasoning."

"First time ordering from here. The employee who greeted me at pickup was super nice! Potstickers were good. Spicy Korean beef dish was more sweet than spicy. Chicken was weird (highly processed-looking) and not grilled like the pictures. My penne pasta was dry, not saucy, and not very flavorful. I ate it but I didn't finish my meal, you know what I mean? "Usually I really enjoy their food.. but today's order was so disappointing. The $10 spicy chicken wings is just 5 small pieces, lacking in flavor, and very chewy.. (while they're heavily sauced, they were not spicy at all). Also, im unsure what I was expecting but $7 sesame balls were tasty but very small sized (bite size). "The main dish, the Paneer Tikka Dosa , was flavorful and enjoyable overall. However, it was not as hot or spicy as I expected based on my requested spice level. The included sambar and coconut chutney elevated the dosa and added another layer of flavor, making the entire dish even more enjoyable. Although the spice level missed the mark, the dosa was filling enough for one person and offered good value.
The true star of the show, however, was the Chilli Chicken. I selected the hot spice level, and this time the instructions were followed perfectly. The chicken was flavorful and had a satisfying level of heat, while the vegetables, including onions and chilli peppers, created an excellent balance of flavors and textures. Most importantly, the heat did not overpower the flavor, and the flavor did not get lost behind the spice. Like a well-balanced curry, everything worked together rather than competing for attention.
While my spice-level instructions were followed for the Chilli Chicken, they were not fully reflected in the Paneer Tikka Dosa. Improving consistency when following customers’ requested spice levels would make the overall experience even better.
The packaging was also handled well, and everything arrived properly packed. Overall, I was very pleased with both dishes. The food was reasonably priced, good quality, flavorful, and filling. The main area for improvement is creating a more consistent balance between flavor and the requested spice level across different dishes. With that improvement, an already good meal could become an excellent one. I would gladly order again."
"Very happy customer! Everything we ordered came well packaged and hot. Food was fresh and delicious with good portions. I got the Butter Chicken and he got the LAMB PULAO. Decided to be a little adventurous and tried the Gulab Jamun for dessert and we both loved it. Also, if you've never tried a Mango Lassi, you should; it's refreshing and really compliments the spice of the dishes."

"The Pho was good. I wish it came with instructions because I wasn't sure if I was supposed to cook the meat or if the broth would. The broth was hot but I wasn't sure if it was hot enough to cook the meat throughly. (Ive never had pho delivered before). I cooked my meat on the stove and added salt to the meat. The broth was seasoned well though. The size was great, I had a large. I still have a lot left. There was enough veggies except jalepeños (only three slices). I was skeptical because I did see a couple bad reviews but they were from a year ago. But yeah overall good choice!"

"The Kung Pao Chicken had a solid, satisfying flavor and a generous portion size that easily lasted me a day or two. While I thoroughly enjoyed the dish, I do feel it could benefit from a more authentic touch—something that captures the bold, complex flavors you’d expect if you were enjoying it in its country of origin. That said, it was still flavorful, filling, and definitely enjoyable.
The standout for me, however, was the BBQ Pork Spare Ribs. They were clearly the signature item on the menu, bursting with flavor in every bite. Tender, well-seasoned, and grilled to perfection, the ribs were like the main course at a well-balanced meal—rich, comforting, and unforgettable. If the Kung Pao Chicken was the appetizer of the experience, the ribs were the entrée that stole the show.
The Chili Paste added an appreciated kick to both dishes, enhancing the overall experience for spice lovers like me. Unfortunately, the Special Sauce, which I was really looking forward to, was missing from the bag—something that slightly took away from the completeness of the meal.
Overall, it was a flavorful experience that felt like indulging in a multi-course dinner where the main dish truly left a lasting impression. Even though the prices leaned toward the higher side, the quality and quantity made it worth the splurge. I’d definitely order again, especially for those amazing ribs.
"
"Extra Orange Chicken ordered, and the box was half full. Less than I would expect in the entre itself.
Lo Mein Noodles, a $4 add on, was less than a Top Ramen square and included no vegetables. Like a kids menu item.
You'll ask yourself, 'where's the rest of it?'
Very dispointing."

"Best sushi place in east lansing fr
Cant go wrong with A1: Edamame
The Sushi Combination (Raw)was excellent and well worth the deal! Fish was soft and the flavor was spot on
Spicy Tuna Roll (Raw) was also killer "
"The S1: Spiderman Roll was absolutely decadent and bursting with flavor. Each bite was an explosion of taste, as if a volcano of crispy and soft textures was erupting on your palate. The addition of the wasabi and soy sauce packet elevated the flavors even further. With a quantity of five rolls, it packs a punch in terms of both flavor and portion size, making it more than enough for one person. Surprisingly, five rolls may not seem like a lot, but they are incredibly filling and satisfying. Your stomach—and your wallet—will thank you, as the price is well worth the quantity and quality provided.
This time, the A9: Takoyaki was a pleasant surprise, especially since it didn't hit the mark with flavors last time. The combination of bonito flakes and mayo created a balanced and grounded flavor that truly captured the essence of a great takoyaki dish.
Overall, while the price may be on the higher side, the quality, flavor, and portion size more than justify it. Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely love this place! Some of the best in the area. Great price point for the portion sizes. I really enjoy I can get an entrée without rice. The Salt and Pepper Crispy Shrimp wasn't what I expected and had the perfect amount of heat. Can't go wrong with 6 Crab Rangoon and their egg drop soup is perfect (and comes with the crispy noodles)! "
"I love this restaurant! Their portion sizes are big and the prices are lower than most Asian food restaurants. The taste is great, but if you want "spicy", I'd say look for a different place. Other than that, an all around great place!"

"My spouse dug into his Lamb Biryani before could snap a picture. I had the Korma Chicken / Goat / Lamb / Shrimp (medium), and it was just what i needed.Just enough heat to be enjoyable but still able to savor the cardamon (Im a southerner, so when I say it wasnt spicy...maybe take that with a grain of salt). The Lassi - Mango was really nice finish."

"Chicken curry was awesome. Sree Saffron never fails to impress me. This has now become my second favorite food at Sree Saffron - first being Chicken Tikka Biryani. They also gave me a free Sprite can which was really generous. "
"Absolutely delicious food! They have a wide variety of meat choices as well for my two favorite dishes ( Tikka Masala Chicken/ Lamb/ Shrimp / Fish & Butter Chicken/ Lamb/ Shrimp)! "The Habanero Chocolate mochi was delicious. The sweetness of the chocolate and a bit of cinnamon, then the spice of the habanero was an excellent combination of flavor. And the Lychee (vegan) mochi was good too the only downside that you only get one of each and not four like the pictures suggest but it was worth it."
"Definitely wasn't enough protein even with two scoops. Must be small scoops. Also, barely any crab salad for the price to add it. Didn't realize I would only get literally one piece of mochi either. So portion wise, not super impressed. Flavor was amazing, however! Ingredients were fresh. So I would order it again, but probably only if I was desperate for a yummy poke bowl. "

"The Smoked Gouda Mac-n-Cheese was pretty bomb! It was a HUGE portion and easily could be split by two people. the Crab Rangoon Dip was absolutely AMAZING! "I've never eaten in, but I ordered takeout and extremely underwhelming. The sushi roll was decent, miso soup is WAY overpriced for the amount you get, and the salad was 90% iceberg lettuce. "
