"I got the meat lovers skillet and a side order of hashbrowns. Over all it was solid in portion sizing. Little expensive personally on the skillet side but I imagine that's more due to DoorDash pricing than actual representation of the diner itself. The flavor of the gravy was really good. I'm used to a more spicy sausage gravy and this one was just a good solid flavor. The amount of meat in the skillet was honestly surprising at how much was in there. The hashbrowns tasted fresh and not like frozen bought.
My only issues and I want to point out this isn't their fault at all, where I prefer more of a crisp on my hash browns. They made them a light golden. All the way cooked and still very good. I know to request that they be done a little more next time. And the toast I wish they either just sent me dry toast from a toaster or didn't use grill oil. As a long time chef who has done many years doing breakfast I knew once I opened the foil that it was canola oil. The kind probably from GFS that's yellow and labels as grill oil. There isn't any flavor to it so I basically got sent slightly soggy yellowish toast. But I know next time to simply ask for the toast dry. It was a welcome surprise anyways because I didn't see it listed as coming with toast. So again the two issues I had are my own personal feelings and just how they do things here so I can't hold it against them. Simply mentioning it in case anyone else is trying them the first time and has similar tastes.

"Sunshine Diner usually never misses. I typically get a Single Stack, add blueberry and the Two Eggs, and while the syrup's a little weird, it's a great choice otherwise. However, this morning, I ordered Applesauce, and for $4.30, I thought it'd be a nice quantity. Instead, I got a Mott's cup. I could get a six-pack for less than what I paid for one. A bit disappointed."

"Great place for food allergies! Most restaurants on here don't allow notes/don't have an allergy option, but Cooper's Hawk always takes good care of me (celiac - severe gluten allergy). They always mark it very well on the take away bin. And, the gluten free menu here is exstensive! "I LOVE this restaurant. I ordered chicken tenders ala carte and a half order of their onion rings(best in town IMHO🙂).
