The gyoza was also chewy. Tast was there and the inside was good (as always) but the skin was dry and chewy. Nicely browned but really chewy more like overdone air fried.

"I got the chicken and beef teriyaki bowl, extra sauces, egg rolls, and gyoza. the bowl was delicious. perfect amount of meat (not s much it feels like a steal but not so little that I felt cheated for the price). The meat tasted like it was on a BBQ or open fire grill. It had a small amount of char and was not dry. The sauce was good. I recommend buying 1 extra if you like things moly coated and 2 extra if you like things extra saucy. The sides were good but I could probably find them in the freezer section of a medium to high end grocery store somewhere. over all, I will be back. No complaints."
