If I were to describe this dish, it's honestly a bowl version on what they could put in onigiri style. "

I've noted that sometimes the sweetness or saltiness of the Garlic Soy (Dipping Sauce) and oil content in the chicken varies sometimes BUT that just says to me that it's small batch and homemade.
