It's unlike any other cheesecake I've had. My spoon slid into it as if I were eating ice cream. It's the perfect texture and the fact that this style of cheesecake has no crust is like a dream come true. It's sweet, but just the right amount. The Southern Style Banana Pudding was packed with flavor and as soon as I opened it, the whole dining room smelled like banana candy. It is served in a jar where all the layers are visible so when I eat it, I know I'm getting a little bit of each. I was surprised with a piece of fruit here and there and it was not cloyingly sweet. Then there's the Artisan Mascarpone Tiramisu... This one is so dangerously delicious that I was planning on eating 1/2 of it and lost control. I felt disappointed that it was all gone but only because I wanted more. . Its container is squared and clear. I can see how every lady finger is soaked in espresso and covered by a heavenly creamy mascarpone that is just the right amount of sweet. It is delicately layered and its top is then covered completely with cocoa powder. I'd say this tiramisu is worth gaining weight for but that's what I'm trying not to do. As a compromise, I just enjoy it weekly. Safe to say La Petite Crème has a loyal customer here. I'm not exaggerating when I say all 3 picture-worthy desserts have made me close my eyes while I sigh. "PAL has been one of my fav restaurants since the day it opened.
It's been about a year or so since my last visit, but the Heirloom Potato Pizza has stood the test of time. It was as good as the first time I orderd it.
The Apple and Wild Arugula Salad was delicious but could haveused some toasted walnuts or pecans.
I really wanted to order the warm Brussels sprout salad but wasn't able to request "no bacon." I love that ordering on Door Dash allows so many additions to items ordered, but it would be great if PAL allowed items to be removed as well.

**the pizza as well had excellent potential, however PAY FOR DIRECT DELIVERY.. i forgot and regretted as this is the kind of pizza that gets cold in 10mins flat, and while decent cold, its not what you want.
Id try again, but not for delivery..
I felt like 60% of its sex and appeal was lost 15mins before it was delivered .
i would also go for the margarita pizza after having tried the style.
