"first of all, i sent them a super long thing in the instructions and they were so wonderful and responsive. i wasn't sure i'd like the plantains cuz ive never liked them, so i asked for them on the side which they did. and they were amazing, idk why i questioned it. they let me try the oxtail because i wasn't sure i would want a full plate of it, and now that ive had it i cant wait to order it next time. i devoured it, ive never sucked bones dry like that without worrying id get some weird piece of something that would give me the ick. there was no ick, just tender deliciousness. the Curry Chicken was amazing. i can't even explain it, the flavors, tenderness of the chicken, and the veggies were just so good. i wanted to try multiple things and saw the most praise about the Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta, and i swear to god, angels were singing in my kitchen. unreal. i wanna eat it every day the rest of my life. the chicken fell off the bone and wasn't dry at all, and the jerk sauce is perfect. i was demolishing that chicken with my hands eating the skin and all like a cave person. i love that they use cavatappi pasta, it holds the sauce well. i would die for both recipes. honestly exploding in flavor, huge portions, i even have leftovers. and they made sure it was made fresh for me. i tipped my dasher extra for waiting and it was more than worth it. can't recommend enough!!
