The dumplings were filled with so much meat, they could've been a meal by itself. Banh mi sandwiches are my favorite, and theirs did not disappoint. There were also a generous amount of toppings but I took a lot off because of my preferences. I think the best part about the ramen was the Chashu Pork! It was soft and flavorful and it wasn't super chewy. The Takoyaki (4 pcs) didn't have a lot of filling (it was like 80% batter) and it was also very soggy and wasn't crispy on the outside. There are definitely better ramen places in Colorado but this place wouldn't be bad for a general ramen craving!"
