It should be sweet, spicy, savory, and tangy, but is as mostly just sweet. the breading in the chicken was not crispy. it was a weird pasty texture. the General Tso's Chicken pieces were also huge. It would be better if they were cut into bite size pieces. Smaller pieces would probably be crispier too.

The Kalua Pork with Cabbage tasted very over salted, and was missing any kind of sauce. the BBQ Chicken had two small pieces of chicken on it, about one inch long and was otherwise just 95+% large soggy clump of rice.
