"I swear... this has to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. They never skip a beat. The Mixed Vegatables With Chicken and COMBINATION GARLIC NOODLES are a staple! The vegetables are always fresh. The portions are superb, and my food ALWAYS comes hot."
"I've lost count of how many times we've ordered from Andy's Kitchen ... a lot. It is the best Chinese food in the Gold River / Folsom / Sacramento area. This time we got Pork Potstickers, Ginger Beef, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Chicken Fried Rice. All were outstanding, delicious, and wonderful. Plenty of food for dinner and leftovers. We will continue to order from Andy's Kitchen when we're in the mood for Chinese food."

"This place is the bomb. Food is always fresh & flavorful, portions for prices are fair, & our customizations are honored. We've been ordering from here for a long time, it's our go-to Chinese food place in all of Folsom."
"This was my second time ordering here and everything was again delicious! The veggies in the Mix Vegetable Beef were fresh and crisp, and the meat was tender. The Fried Cream Cheese Wontons (8) have a touch of sweetness, which I love and prefer over more savory rangoons. The chow mein and fried rice are also really good, I just wish they were a little more heavy handed with the scoops ;) will be back!"

"My go is always tastes great!
General Chicken, they include white rice and cream Cream Cheese Wonton are my favorite!Enough food for 2 people or leftovers later."
"Rose Garden has recently come under new ownership. The food is not the same. The menu on DD has changed. The staff is trying to work out the kinks of a new ordering system to the kitchen. I thought the kitchen staff would remain but clearly they did not. The wor wonton soup (our FAVE) is disappointedly different. More like a noodle soup with only a few wontons. We're trying to remain long time patrons but it's becoming difficult. Surly others have also noticed the changes in the food.
Note to owner; Please give your DD menu some attention. Dish titles without descriptions isn't good enough. Pictures and details are what's needed. Don't make us guess what the ingredients of the dish is. Thank you."

"Will definitely eat here again! I got the Dinner for 1 with chicken chow mein and added pork fried rice- everything was delicious, with great flavor and texture, and you get a ton of food for a really decent price. "
"The Dinner with orange chicken was delicious and plentiful. The orange chicken has a wonderful sauce and was crispy and hot. The Potstickers are the best I've ever had with amazing flavor and juicy. Wonderful Chow Mein is always so good and not bland like a lot of places. The Pork Fried Rice has the best smoky wok flavor. My favorite Chinese restaurant by far."

"I ordered the Ma-Pau Tofu which was supposed to come with a side of either chow mein or rice. I chose the steamed rice but they didn't include it in my order. It was really good! The portion was more than enough. If you're sensitive about textures, know that the tofu is soft which is the way this is cooked. The minced meat added to the texture, though. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was "pretty good" according to my boyfriend."

"I cannot recommend this dish, or this place. I had the Shrimp w vegetables Chow Fun. There were some bean sprouts and snow peas, a very few small scraps of onion, and 5 shrimp, not well-cooked, decorating the top. And an enormous mound of noodles.

"We liked how they did not put the sauce on the sweet-and-sour shrimp, but instead sent it in a separate container which assured that the shrimp was not soggy by the time we got to eating it.. The Mongolian beef was excellent. It's what I usually order at other restaurants and this one was at the top of the list."
"The Chongqing style chili chicken 重庆辣子鸡 is my go to when I want a flavorful dish with a nice kick of spice. I always ask for extra dried chilies extra spicy and they always deliver. They've even called a few times to confirm my order or recommend other spicy dishes. It's seared in a wok with the dried chilies to get a nice crisp breading, no sauce just great seasoning and spices. Portion size is ample for one person, especially when you add a side of steamed rice for a little over $3. I'll continue to order and I highly recommend if you want to try something other than orange or tso chicken."

"Loved that their chicken and beef was super quality! Always great biting into a real, juicy piece of chicken rather than a bundle of hard breading and rubbery little nothing chunks. The breading was light and fresh and everything was cooked good and flavorfully. One of my new favorite places for takeout for sure!"
"Wow!!! This has been the best tasting Chinese food I have had in a long time. The Peking pork was soooo good and the orange chicken was sooo good! It had spice to it and such a robust orange flavor. "Love the Chicken and Corn Soup. It's nice and thick like I like it. Perfect for a sick day. Broccoli Beef is good and lots of beef and the veggies still have bite to them and aren't mushy. Temple House Fried Rice was a little stingy on shrimps but the flavor is good."
"Temple Garden is the best Chinese restaurant in Citrus Heights. Their food is always freshly done for every dish on the menu. Instead of Walnut Shrimp that is 90% batter theirs is so lightly done the whole large shrimp is seen through it. They use fresh vegetables like whole mushrooms and zucchini and always cooked to perfection. This is definitely a five Chinese Restaurant. "

"The G4. Spicy Flat Noodle was delicious and had plenty of veggies and it was surprisingly fresh but if I had anything to take away from it, it was a little dry and I wish it had more sauce. Now the mapo tofu was bussing and I wouldn't change a thing about it 10/10 would recommend"
"Food was good, but disappointed that the portion of protein is very small for how much we're paying. The F6. Scallion Beef was mostly onions and hardly any beef. And the B12. "Fish & Chips Basket 炸鱼 was awesome! Fresh tasting and crispy fries. The order was quite large. I could hardly eat it all. Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Will be back here for sure!"
"This is the best Chinese food place in my area. My Honey Walnuts Shrimps 核桃虾（午） were huge! They were also de-tailed and clean as a whistle which unfortunately is not the norm at other places. And as a plus it was piled high on the plate with my fried rice. The Fried Crabmeat Cheese Wontons 云吞 are always crispy and stuffed full of filling. The Orange Chicken 陈皮鸡（午） is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy orange flavor and the chowmein we had was well seasoned. I unfortunately couldn't get words on the Sweet & Sour Pork 甜酸猪（午） plate bc it was gone before I checked but when asked about it my mom said "mhmm" with a mouth full of chow mein haha. Finally the Fried Golden Buns( 8pc)黄金馒头 were so pillowy and crispy we had them with coffee, #perfection."

Everything was cooked PERFECRLY (the green beans and bok choy were PERFECTLY done) and the flavor is mind boggling good. It's juicy and flavorful and so so good. Hope this place sticks around well be coming back a lot."
"Im not from California...but I am SO glad I found this place on DoorDash. Idk what they put in their E5. Uncle Fried Rice, but that plate was gone within 10 minutes. I dont wanna say that I was just hungry, no. The food was SO good. If I ever come to this area again, I would like to sit in the restaurant next time. Also, i got their Strawberry Cloud drink...it was similar to fresas con crema, but you could taste the cream cheese, and it was ALSO very good. Im probably going to order it one more time before I leave back to Texas. 9/10 for everything. I couldnt even take a picture because I dug right into everything. Anyways, dont hesitate to order from here. It was a REALLY good sized portion too. "

"Tofu and mock chicken was seasoned very well. One of the best vegetarian options around. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. Will definitely order the orange mock chicken again. If they offered more sauce options for their tofu and mock chicken, they'd have a larger vegetarian clientele. "So glad they are finally on Door Dash, love this place but rarely go, parking is very sparse and center is a bit sketchy, especially after dark. Love the Chow Mein, everything is always fresh and prepared well."
"I don't know whois to blame for the food arriving warm and not fresh at all, but it was not enjoyably so. The portions were good and the food may of been much better if hot, but I would never get it doordashed again. This place is a mIle and a half away which is maybe 5-6minutes, so I am suspicious of the delivery driver getting there late, but to be fair I am not sure. The Salt & Pepper was something that you do not want to be sitting for a long time, which it definitely was based on all the condensation making then mostly soggy. I wish there were more detail on the menu for the spice levels for stuff like the Mongolian Beef. The Beef Fried Rice was not as enjoyable as it could of been since it was just warm. The Fried Prawns (8) would of also been much better if they were fresh. The Singapore Noodles were good, but I do wish they were more specific on the types of noodles because rice noodles come in so many types. They were not what I expected, but it still tasted the same"

"This is my new favorite restaurant! Will have eaten here 3 days in a row now. I'm so sad they don't offer the Bao Buns on Doordash though because those are the best, but I haven't been disappointed in anything I've gotten from here! The Urban Rolls are generous and come with the right amount of peanut sauce. The Wonton Noodle Soup is another favorite. Can't go wrong here!"
"We paid $26.00 for Chicken Noodle Soup with extra noodles, and recieved order that was cold, with very little chicken and no extra noodles. My husband and I were going to share and it's definitely not enough for that and not even a complete serving of chicken. Such a disappointment and waste of money."

"P2. Pan Fried Pork Bun (6) 生煎包 these are my favorite! Tones of flavor, always perfect. F6. Wonton In Chili Oil (10)紅油抄手 yummy so much flavor and skin is so thin plus the chili oil is the pperfect heat. Staff are friendly and pack everything perfectly. Add sauces too."

"It’s my 1st time trying this restaurant. The C06. 辣子鸡 / Spicy Crispy Chicken is crunchy & delicious but very light-weight and ‘snacky’. Delicious, but light, airy crunchy pieces so don’t expect a heavy plate. B07. 红油抄手 / Wonton in Chili Oil is good; the oil isn’t flavorful but the wonton filling is. G10. Mapo Tofu/麻婆豆腐 is yummy, semi-soupy, not too salty or spicy, with even balance of sauce to tofu. It’s all too expensive through Doordash, for the volume of food received, but maybe ordering directly from the restaurant will be better."
"the I07. Stir-Fried Beef Chow Fun barely had noodles, all bean sprouts.the D07. 芥兰牛肉 / Broccoli Beef has old broccol that tasted spur. braided pork C07. 红烧肉 / Braised Pork Belly had no flavor and was dry.
worse Chinese food."

"Good veggie mix; very poor packaging. Most of the sauce is out of the container and in the bottom of the bag."
"When you order from a buffet place, you are looking for bang for your buck. This place definitely delIvers on speed, price and portion. The freshnes and taste are average but acceptable. The GK Salt Pepper Shrimp is actually decent and the party tray version of it is usually a hit for gatherings. Would order again when in a pinch to feed alot of people."

"Everest Chili Pepper is a gem for this kind of food in the area.
The spice is tasteful and helps accentuate the flavor, instead of spicy just to be spicy. I normally get an 8/10 spiciness that is the perfect level for me.
My favourite is the Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice, and holds up incredibly well as leftovers.
Everest Chili Pepp is very much recommended, to the point we had it 3 times in one week the day we first had it"
"The samosas were cold by the time I got the food, and I realize I live a bit far, but my momos were warm. The naan tasted stale like it was from a day ago and it was tiny compared to ordering from other restaurants. The momos were the best thing from here that I ordered, but even they were meh. Flavor was good, but they seemed so doughy. I'm super disappointed. Will not be ordering again."
