It does not have the sweet sauce' flavor-- this is more oily-- minimal spice-3 pieces of broccoli-tofu has zero flavoring/bland. My family and I come here for literally every birthday holiday but I only recently tried their specialty rolls- I've worked at many Asian & sushi restaurants but none are better than niwano hana. "I absolutely LOVE this Braised Beef with Rice but I had them substitute the Udon for the rice because it was so wonderful in the soup that I had the night before that I never added it to the Beef broth that I had just had the night before from this same place. It was delivered hot perfectly and I did put a note in saying please give me enough bok choy, broccoli & braised beef & they listened! The baby bok choy & broccoli were cooked perfectly & the beef short rib meet was tender cooked perfectly and Not all fat at all and was easy to chew unlike places that use cheaper cuts. I asked for a cup of ice on the side with no ice in the Thai Tea two nights in a row and they followed directions. It was amply provided both nights so I could keep frozen ice in my freezer in advance. I can say that the Thai Tea was made well not with cruddy tea powder mix and it was a genuinely not skimpy generous size 16oz I think, unless I did not eyeball that size correctly & tasted great! Oh and they are open for DoorDash orders on Fridays & Saturdays until 10:00pm :)"

The bag was big, heavy, and packed full of goodness. They gave me so many clams and mussels, plus I ordered a half pound of snow crab and ended up with three big halves of crab legs! There were generous portions of potatoes, sausage, and everything was perfectly cooked. The sauce and butter were both delicious—rich, flavorful, and super satisfying. What really impressed me was the portion size. In this day and age, when most places are cutting corners and shrinking servings, this seafood boil was honestly filling and worth every penny. I haven’t had seafood boil in a while, and I’m so glad I chose this place—it reminded me why I love it so much. I ordered a KitKat Brown Sugar Milk Tea (0% sugar, no ice, no cream) around 9 PM, and not only did it take a long time despite no other orders, but the drink was missing around 10% of its volume when served. When I questioned this, the manager claimed that due to my customization, this was unavoidable and refused to fill the drink to the top—even with water. His justification that making more tea would take two hours left me baffled. Customers should not have to compromise on the quality or quantity of what they pay for. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, but until improvements are made, I won’t be returning."
