I had the original Cheesesteak Fries but substituted American and Swiss cheeses for the cheezwhiz. I, too, ordered extra meat. Both were delicious. Interestingly though we both wish we'd had more fries. So next time we'll add a side or two of fries because, come on! That seasoning is amazing!! The last time we ordered, instead of a sandwich I ordered the bowl not paying enough attention that rice is part of the bowl experience. I found that the rice didn't become more tasty because of the meat, cheese, and onions. Rather, the rice robbed the meat if it's flavor making the whole experience bland. I'll own the error of my ways for not reading the details more carefully. That said, the texture of the meat was perfect. As they say, "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." Two days later (today) we did. We're getting the hang of it. If order this again with a side of fries. You know how it goes: third time's a charm!"
