I got the chicken fried Chicken Fried Rice (Soy Brown) even though I ordered it at lunch time they gave me a ton of it third Day out and I'm still eating it! very flavorful with lots of chicken and vegetables and I can taste some ginger in it. I also got chicken Chicken Cho Cho (New! 4) hopefully they show you the picture that I took. I get this a lot from other restaurants and it does not look like how they do it theirs. and other restaurants it always looks like it's glazed in teriyaki. "This restaurant was a little different than others I've been to. Normally the food from American Chinese restaurants is pretty standard and they all taste the same. I truly felt like there was something different about Kin Lin. The food was warm, the chicken was perfectly sauced, the rice was fluffy. The crab Rangoon had a creamy filling with a crunchy exterior. The dumplings were soft but not soggy. The egg rolls had a perfect crisp. In items like the sweet and sour chicken and the egg rolls, the was some greasiness. But it wasn't enough to impede on the flavor. The Kin Lin Chinese restaurant is a hidden gem. I'll be back again. "
