"I love the consistency of the quality and care that the workers put into the food. Their containers are awesome, reusable, they always give utensils, and it's always bagged beautifully.

I was really impressed with how well all the food was packed. The noodles and broth are in the same bowl but the noodles are separated by a clear plastic layer. The noodles were a perfect texture and my broth was still pretty hot. Tantan broth is my favorite!
The mini pork fried rice was really good. I like to put gyoza sauce on it and asked for a side of gyoza sauce in the special requests section and the restaurant included it with my order!
The fish katsu is nice and thin and the fish is white and flaky. Comes with a side of katsu sauce. Yum!"

I also ordered a side of seared ahi tuna. I figured since it was a "side" it would just be a piece of fish "on the side". The pic for the menu shows a nice thic slice of ahi, seared with pink in the middle. I got a thin slice of ahi that was also sliced into too many thin pieces put on top of the pasta. The tuna ended up being over cooked from the residual heat of the pasta because it was cut too thin and placed in the same box with the pasta.
