"I took a risk and ordered somewhere new. The best Hibachi Filet Mignon I've ever had from take out! You will not regret it. Portion size is easily enough for 2 people. Food was still hot when it arrived, I had to let the soup cool down. The description does not list what is included but it comes with white rice (fried is an up charge), miso soup, 2 pieces of shrimp, plenty of vegetables, 1 small yum yum and another non dairy sauce. Only complaint is for extra sauce, it's $2 for the equivalent of 2 tablespoons. Menu list $1 but once you select the smallest size, it's $2. Versus dining in is unlimited free."

"Tori (chicken) Paitan Ramen is very similar to many of the ramen restaurants in nova, which is to say it is very good. Good noodles, soup is flavorful, and the toppings are well portioned and delicious. Nori is a little on the moist when it arrived and was pretty shriveled but was fine. Chicken was dry; you have to leave it in the soup to get it nice and tender. Extra noodles is definitely worth the price. Like I said earlier, flavorwise, same as a lot of the other shops, but pricing is very aggressive. Highly recommend."

All the noodles were springy/bouncy.
