The overall experience was made worse by poor communication. When I called the listed number, there was no introduction of the business, and I had to say hello multiple times before getting a response. On top of that, the order had to be reassigned after a driver left without the food, which added to the confusion and delay. While that may not be entirely on the restaurant, it reflects a lack of coordination. Even small details were disappointing—the utensils provided were extremely small and impractical. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the lack of clarity, poor value, and communication issues, I would not order again—especially with better halal options in the area."

I ordered the 1/2 rack 1/2 Rack BBQ Baby Back Ribs - in pictures I've seen that it comes with fries and cornbread (at least) and it's $18 on DD. Well this is what I got. The description didn't say what it came with and not was there any opinions to select sides like other meals AND there are no sides section that I can order fries separately. So, I'm pretty disappointed. A broken bite of cornbread with my ok ribs. Cool. Good job Court Jester."
