The Tako or octopus is always my favorite. The texture of the octopus is slightly chewy without being rubbery and it almost has a meat-like taste.

General Tso's Bean Curd was extremely salty and sour, tasted like the sauce had been burnt/sitting a long time in the pan. 149. Vegetable Pan Fried Noodle previously was a favorite but the noodles were literally crunchy, hard, and dried out. The noodles in the middle underneath the veg were not totally dehydrated but they were incredibly salty and over done which honestly tasted worse. "
