"This was my first order and I am very pleased. I wish I had taken a picture. My food came in recycleable containers and the reuseable bag was post consumer materials. My salad had mixed greens in addition to the usual iceberg lettuce. The dressing was generous. I was able to substitute stir fry vegetables for rice, which I did. I like rice, but it was unusual to get this substitution, so I wanted to try it. I could have also still added a side of rice. The vegetables were carrots, broccoli, onion, and cabbage. Not very imaginitive. I like my vegies a little more tender. If I have to attack them with the fork, they need a little more time. The flavor was good but I was tempted to stick them in a pan for a toss. There is space for special directions, however, when ordering. Next time, I will ask them to stir fry a little longer. I ordered Pork Teriyaki. It was tender and good. Not salty or dry or fatty. Some places make it oily so that it shines, but this did not have that mouth-feel. It was good. "The katsu on first glance appeared to be overcooked.....BUT it wasn't. The chicken teriyaki was great too......it was chicken teriyaki with a spicy Korean twist to it.
