I've ordered here twice, and both times it has come cold (I'm about fifteen minutes away so that's probably why) The lid to the bowl holding the dry additions came slashed right down the middle, limiting its reuse. For a $30 bowl of Ramen, I'd expect a little more care. But I also understand some things happen in transit so not a big deal. I will say that the chicken katsu in the Build Your Own Ramen 拉面Diy is delicious. Crispy, if you eat it fast enough before the broth soaks it. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea 黑糖奶茶 is refreshing and the perfect amount of sugar to get your brain working. Overall, not bad."
