In terms of the actual meal, the edamame was well cooked and flavored; tasted fresh! The sweet potato tempura roll was a good portion -6 rolls- and not excessively sweet. I also ordered 3 different rolls which came with some sides of soy sauce. I noticed the rolls tasted exceptionally delicious but my mouth was so dry and I kept needing to stop eating to guzzle water. After several bites I realized that I was used to reduced sodium soy sauce and the restaurant's quality was regular sodium (aka high sodium and high flavor) soy sauce which is why the sushi tasted so different but in a yummy, albeit less healthy, way. I still loved it, just be aware in case you are on a low-sodium diet."
