"We got the Holiday Raspberry & Cream French Roll Cake for Christmas and it was like eating a cloud! The whipped cream on the outside is airy and not very sweet (compliment), the cake is light and soft, the raspberry cream inside the roll adds a gentle tart kick that is delicate enough to not overpower the rest of the components but is just enough to add that much needed oomph. The cake itself is fairly large but because of the lightness of it, you might need more to satisfy someone with a crazy sweet tooth. My family of 4 turned this cake into past tense in one sitting, for example. Nonetheless, the quality of the cake will have us coming back for more!"
