I thought they'd put extra meat on top of the bowl, but they just put less of the other ingredients. What I ended up with was a tiny bowl filled with very dry pulled pork, a spoonful of dry crusty rice, two or three strands of shredded cheese (seriously) and a few bits of lettuce. Couldn't find the tomatoes or salsa I asked for, and there was barely any sauce. And somehow, the whole thing tasted like absolutely nothing. No flavour in anything, just some hot sauce on top. Because of that, the restaurant apparently had to remake my entire order, which delayed it by 25–30 minutes. I don’t really understand why they had to redo everything just to remove one appetizer.
As for the food, it really wasn’t worth the price. The pasta was $35 but the portion was small, the sauce barely had any flavor, and the texture of the pasta felt stale rather than al dente. The sliders were just average — the meat wasn’t great — but still priced high. Even the fries weren’t good, which is disappointing considering they’re a basic item.
The rice cake with crab was one of the better things, but the crab was dry and the rice cake, while fried, still felt a bit stale. Even the bread wasn’t good.
Overall, the food was underwhelming for how expensive it was. I wouldn’t recommend it at this price point would not order again lol"

My main suggestion is that the menu should clearly say drumstick, thigh, breast, etc. instead of only using “white meat” or “dark meat,” especially when there are no pictures. I would personally prefer all drumsticks, or two drumsticks and one thigh, and it would be much easier to order if those choices were clearly shown.
I also wish the biscuit was optional instead of automatically included, since I never want it. The Coke packaging could be improved too because the drink container feels very weak and easy to spill. The paper bag around the chicken box is also packed extremely tightly, which makes it awkward to carry and open.

"Colossal ripoff and bland. The food here has always been pricey but used to be really delicious and with lots of delightful ingredients. Now, it's sad, flavourless and insultingly overpriced with increasingly shrinking portions. The squash in the tacos was barely cooked and came only with a flavourless lettuce blend and a tiny lime wedge - no tomatoes or cilantro, like usual. The dipping sauce container was about half full and even that was uncharacteristically poorly seasoned. The salad is a disgraceful large handful of salad greens and a scant tablespoon of edamame and cucumber and some sesame seeds. We paid $6 extra for peanut sauce for the salad that was about 3 tbsp of dressing in total and we still had to add lime juice to it to give it some life. Also had to add a bunch of stuff of our own to make this salad decent. Fresh, you're a dreadful shadow of what you used to be. If you can't do it well, don't do it at all. "
